KILIMANJARO
LEMOSHO ROUTE - 8 dAYS

The Kilimanjaro Lemosho Route is a popular and scenic trekking option for adventurers seeking to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest peak in Africa. Spanning over a period of 8 days, this trek offers a thrilling and challenging journey through diverse landscapes, ranging from lush rainforests to alpine deserts. The route is renowned for its gradual ascent, allowing trekkers ample time to acclimatize, increasing the chances of a successful summit.

The Lemosho Route begins on the western side of the mountain, providing trekkers with breathtaking views and unique perspectives of the mountain’s glaciers and diverse flora and fauna. This less-traveled path offers a sense of serenity and remoteness compared to other popular routes, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a more authentic and less crowded experience.

Throughout the trek, climbers will encounter a variety of climatic zones, each with its distinct charm and challenges. As they ascend, they’ll witness the transformation of the landscape, from the dense rainforests at the lower altitudes to the vast expanse of the Shira Plateau and the rocky terrains at higher elevations.

The route is carefully designed to optimize acclimatization, and the pace is generally moderate to allow participants to adjust to the increasing altitude. Along the way, trekkers will be accompanied by experienced guides and a support team to ensure their safety and well-being.
